I've actually had some live cam shows where the pregnant lady was willing to do this; but not with food. Some of them drank water almost to the point of puking. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, and ethically questionable (I always told them to stop if they didn't feel well), but I just have this thing for a woman trying to cram even more into her already swollen belly.
