Just another company trying to track their employees every step, while paying them in Giftcards to track their health and history through the pregnant app. Although, funny enough this sleaze tactic isn't as bad as those companies who are embedding microchips into their employees fingers.

Yeah a company I worked for let us get fit bit for like half price as long as we gave them login info they would let us have 25 dollars off our health care premium next year collected data was used to up premiums for health and life insuance on employees based on what the collected data said about their health. It's why I was smart and told them I was not interned in getting one.
