(Spoilers, but this will be gross)

In a now deleted thread that asked a similar question, I remember a dude mentioned that sometimes when he needs to shit, he'll lay some toilet paper on the floor, get on his back, and begin to "push". Naturally everyone was shocked and grossed out, so the thread was quickly deleted.
