So first off, I think the bing image generator is one of the best free image generators out there, but it seems like their filtering is pretty harsh specifically in creating "pregnant" content as it relates to the younger population. As a way around this I have tried to make the prompts fed into Bing as innocent as possible and then use photoshops AI to create what I want. Here is a sampling of the end result for some volleyball players. Feel free to post some ideas that I can play around with. Im also going to make a post showing my process and the progressions of images.
AI Pregnant Teens

I made the initial images with Bing Image Creator, but my prompt "13 year old pregnant female wearing a cheer skirt on a cheer mat in a gymnasium" was blocked, so I took out the word pregnant to make it something more comfortable for the AI. I ran this new prompt a couple of times until I had enough images to work with for this demo.
I took each photo and ran it though photoshop's new ai features to first add a belly and then to completely redo the image aside from the face. This is all done with masking. I place my selection over the abdomen and simply type the word "pregnant" and flip through a few iterations until I get something useful as a pregnant belly. After this i completely gave the ai control and selected the entire subject, except for the face since photoshop sucks at faces. I am posting a few of those as well on the first images just so you can see whats possible. Original Image > Pregnant Belly Only > Full Body Swaps: I could also use photoshop to change the background of the image as well, but I liked bing's backgrounds enough to keep. Here are some more before and afters as proof of concept: There is my work around for some of bings shortcomings in the content moderation department. Some prompts (anything beach, pool, bikini) I still have to create in stable diffusion since I haven't really been successful in tricking Bing into creating those images. Nonetheless, if you have any ideas for me to try out, or you're having trouble getting the content you want, post the idea here and I will play around with it.
So I thought of a workaround for the swimsuit issue. It appears that bing has no problems generating "water park" images like it does pool and beach. Photoshop has no problems converting a one piece to a two piece. Observe (backgrounds changed just to show what can be done, although I hate most of the attempts):
There are some prompts that its just a lot easier to take to another platform since bing is so very limiting with its features. I sometimes use stable diffusion to create content as well. Here are some attempts to get something useful out of Bing and then Getting the content I want from Stable Diffusion. You can see how sometimes Bing just wont suffice.
