I'm getting that issue now too. It looks like the problem is on google's side. From what I've read, this issue pops up occasionally with google drive.

It's either 02,06, or 08. I'm not sure since I can't watch them anymore due to Google drive playback issues.

dude, you've misunderstood. I can download this video but it's the only one among all in this folder which is unreadable on my PC. that's why I thought that maybe it was incorrectly uploaded and if I download it from any other source it might be readable at last

Sorry about my late reply. I have a good number of cam folders on Google drive.

So, in about a week I'm going to uploading some new cam vids and will need to delete some of these videos to make space for it. So, download the vids you want while you can.
