I'm no morph expert but for adding a belly either a side shot or forward shot with nothing in the way of the belly (arms, etc) usually work best. A downward shot is extremely hard to work with (more often than not) and if the arm is crossing over the belly it makes it hard to work with and makes the end product obviously fake.
