It seems the trick is to access the page as an RSS feed. So you can see the main album if you use this URL:

http://feed1134.photobucket.com/albums/i...7/feed.rss

And then throw in an album name for the sub albums

http://feed1134.photobucket.com/albums/i...e/feed.rss

Once you do this Down Them All (and I'm sure other plugins) will work fine. Unfortunately, the RSS feed only gives you the first 100 pics of an album, so for this particular user, you can grab most of the subalbums completely but the 2500(!) pics in the top level album can't be downloaded this way.

I've also seen some python scripts for scraping photobucket but they're very v0.1-ish. But better than nothing.
