Sora! Sora Aoi (蒼井 そら), the famed former Japanese pornstar who is currently 8+ months pregnant with twins. I've been keeping a tab on her for a number of months now, regularly checking up on her Ameblo blog, and was waiting to post her up here until after she's popped. Seems like you beat me to it, but with good cause.
She has already discussed this on her blog and social media accounts, but as (with the help of Google Translate) OP's link reveals, the labour and birth of her twins is going to be livestreamed "on the day that she gives birth": April 30th. The usage of a screen-capture program such as OBS may be necessary in order to capture this end-of-pregnancy stream live, I don't know. There's always the possibility that it could be saved and uploaded as an archived stream somewhere. Since there's now an entire thread dedicated to her, I'm going to post everything that I have of her in chronological order, duplicates of what OP posted included. No point waiting anymore, I suppose. And certainly no point in hiding anything, since she has been highly...open in sharing herself and her body with the world, to put it lightly.  (1/3) 
Aaaand last but not least, some maternity photos she took at 7 months along. She has repeatedly said that she wanted to take them before getting too big, but I've seen way bigger twinners than her and certainly wouldn't have minded them a month or two later.

This is happening in a matter of hours (her time-zone). She's now 38 (!) weeks with twins. Her latest blog entry is simply titled "countdown", in which she recounts her personal view of her pregnancy's progression.
So, dumping the latest pics - with some more maternity photos as well. I am confident that this is popular enough to be archived and uploaded somewhere in full.
